Staff
To ensure that the high standards we expect are met, we feel it is essential to get the right staff and therefore endeavour to employ staff who are highly qualified and experienced. All staff go through a well-structured recruitment process, are police checked by OFSTED and references are thoroughly checked.
All full time staff will be qualified to Level Three and will hold a relevant first aid, food hygiene, and safeguarding children certificate. Staff also attend many other courses to further their knowledge and skills. The staff structure consists of:
- Joint Daycare Managers
- A Deputy Manager
- Senior Early Years Practitioners in each room working along side
- Early Years Practitioners
