Our Aims
We aim to:
✓ Provide a happy and caring environment, where children feel safe and secrure
✓ Encourage learning through play and by providing a stimulating environment we promote the child's all round development and skills
✓ Meet the individual needs of each child to ensure they reach their full potential
✓ Use guidance from the Early Years Foundation Stage to plan and provide varied opportunities and experiences
✓ Develop each child's self-esteem and self confidence and build close relationships with the staff and other children
✓ Promote positive behaviour by means of praise, encouragement, positive reinforcement and by setting clear boundaries
✓ Encourage parent/carer partnership by working closely together and being an active part in their child's learning and development
✓ Have an open door policy in which parents feel happy to discuss issues with the manager or team members
